Generate a Service Definition Document for Lot 3 — Cloud Support (Professional Services).

Overview

Produces a complete SDD answering all mandatory Digital Marketplace questions for Lot 3 services. Includes SFIA 8 skills mapping, day rate structures, team composition, delivery methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks.

Usage

/gcloud-kit:sdd-lot3 Cloud Migration Services

Arguments: Service name (must match an existing service directory).

Prerequisites

  • Supplier profile (services/supplier/supplier-profile.md)
  • Service design (services/{name}/service-design.md)

services/{name}/sdd.md

What it does

  1. Verifies prerequisites exist
  2. Researches services and team credentials via WebFetch/WebSearch
  3. Reads the Lot 3 SDD template and SFIA reference data (.gcloud/reference/sfia-skills.md)
  4. Generates answers to all mandatory questions covering:
    • Service type (migration, implementation, managed, consultancy)
    • Delivery model and methodology
    • SFIA skills and levels for each role
    • Team composition and experience
    • Quality assurance and governance
    • Pricing structure (day rates by SFIA level)
    • Security clearances required/held
    • Support and escalation
  5. Maps roles to SFIA 8 framework levels (1–7)

SFIA mapping

Lot 3 services must map team roles to SFIA skill codes and levels. The command reads .gcloud/reference/sfia-skills.md for:

  • Skill codes and descriptions
  • Level definitions (1–7)
  • Day rate guidance per level
  • Common service/skill combinations
